Chitra Art Space in Lazimpat is hosting an event today. It will blend live hip-hop music with street art. Rapper ATM (Nabin Raj Joshi) will perform, while street artist Saikush (Sanish K Shakya) will create live paintings. The event will take place on the terrace of Chitra Art Space, starting at 7:00 pm, and will be followed by refreshments.

Kishan Adhikari, an executive member of Chitra Art Space, said, “We organise such events once a month, trying to offer something unique each time.” This is the first event of its kind hosted by the Space, where artist Shakya will paint on both canvas and wall. He will also inaugurate his art exhibition at the venue on February 5.

The event is free, inviting art and music enthusiasts to immerse themselves in this fusion of visual and auditory creativity. Adhikari hinted that future events might feature live traditional music alongside live painting.
