The Post brings to you three chocolate and sweet shops you can order from this Valentine’s Day.Rukusha Giri
Chocolates are arguably one of the most common gifts exchanged on Valentine's Day. And since everyone likes chocolates, you don't have to save these just for your significant other. You can simply gift a box of chocolates to your family and friends to celebrate the festival of love.
The Post brings you three small-scale chocolates and dessert shops with great Valentine's Day offers. What makes ordering from these shops all the more accessible is that they are all based online. So, you can order a box of these treats for that special someone in your life from the comfort of your home.
Azile Chocolates
If you want to treat your significant other to some high-quality handmade chocolates, Azile Chocolates can be your go-to Instagram shop. Opened in 2018 by artist Eliza Shakya, the chocolate store is currently managed by her younger sister, Anu Shakya, who is a professional musician. While it sells a wide variety of chocolates and sweets, Anu claims that Azile Chocolates is most known for its semi-dark and white chocolates. "We start making the chocolates only after we confirm the orders, so all our products are freshly baked," says Anu, adding that she thinks this might be why customers love their chocolates so much.
Any of Azile's chocolate boxes would make a thoughtful present for Valentine's Day. The store offers the option to package the chocolates in a heart-shaped box made of lokta paper which is particularly appropriate for Valentine's Day. Additionally, customers can also opt to customise their orders and add flowers to the box.

Dessert First
Neha Gurung and Shreya Thakali launched Dessert First online store in 2018 because they felt a gap in the market for small-scale dessert businesses. While it offered an extensive catalogue of ready-to-order sweets during their initial days, now, Dessert First start creating their products only after they get orders from the customers. While the confectionery company is primarily online-based, you can find its products at many cafes and eateries in Kathmandu.
Dessert First has come up with the concept of a 'Grazing Box' for Valentine's Day, which incorporates all of its bakery goods—including a tray of chocolates, brownies, cookies, chocolate dip, and other treats.
