Three persons were arrested for attacking with a khukuri during a gang fight among the students of Tri Chandra College in Kamaladi of the Capital.

The arrestees have been identified as Anil Tamang, Saurab Shrestha and Sahadev Nepal.

The trio had attacked Myagi Gurung, a student the college, with the Khukuri at around 10 am on Monday.

Gurung is undergoing treatment at the Himal Hospital in Kamalpokhari.

Sub-Inspector Lokendra Pandit nabbed the trio while they were chasing Gurung to attack him with the khukuri.

They have been sent to the Metropolitan Police Circle, Durbarmarg, for investigation.
