Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested Director General of Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) Bishow Raj Pandey to investigate his involvement in corruption.

Panday was arrested from Kathmandu on Wednesday morning.

The arrest comes after arrest of two DoFE officials on Tuesday.

CIAA had arrested two DoFE officials Kirti Ballav Poudel and Khadga Bahadur KC while taking bribe of Rs 1 million from Indreni Foodland in Tinkune. Poudel and KC, in their statement to police, had said that Pandey had also taken the bribe amount.
