A ward secretary working in Darchula was found dead in Salsena of Baitadi district on Monday.
Khem Raj Kapadi, who was working as ward secretary in Shailyashikhar Municipality-2, was found dead at Salsena of Dogadakedar Rural Municipality-5, Baitadi.
Kapadi, a resident of Shailyashikhar-2, was heading to attend a training programme in Dadeldhura on his motorcycle on Sunday morning.
His motorcycle was found some 150 metres below the road while his body was lying around 200 metres.
Detailed investigation is underway into the incident, said police
