A 5.2 magnitude earthquake with an epicentre in Bajura district of Sudurpaschim province jolted west Nepal on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, the earthquake with an epicentre in Bichchhya was recorded at 1:45 pm.
Earlier on January 24, a 5.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded in the district with an epicentre in Mela. One person had died during the quake.
