Trust Nepal Overseas claimed the fifth Eastern Regional Volleyball Tournament title on Sunday. Trust Nepal overcame Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar 25-16, 18-25, 25-19, 25-19 in the final.
The winners and runners-up were rewarded with Rs 40,000 and Rs 25,000. Trust Nepal’s Nabin Rijal, Diwas Limbu and Basanta Rai won the best blocker, spiker and defender respectively. Uttam Pokharel and Pradip Kumar Shrestha of Police were named best lifter and best player. (PR)
