A man died in a motorcycle accident in Lamahi, Dang, on Monday morning.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Ishwar Thapa, the deceased has been identified as Lilaram Dangi of ward 3 in Bagchaur Municipality, Salyan.

The motorcycle, en route to Tulsipur from Lamahi, met with an accident, severely injuring the pillion rider Dangi. He died while undergoing treatment at Lamahi Hospital.

Police have taken motorcycle rider Roshan BK, 26, of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-5 into custody for further investigation.
