Driver dies after car-bus collision in Chitwan
Victim is identified as 42-year-old Pradeep Timilsina, a resident of Khairahani-8.

A car driver died after the vehicle he was driving collided with a bus coming from the opposite direction on Thursday night at Jyamire Chowk of Khairahani Municipality-2, Chitwan, along the East-West Highway.
The victim is identified as 42-year-old man, Pradeep Timilsina, a resident of Khairahani, Ward 8, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Rabindra Khanal of Chitwan District Police Office.
The passenger bus, en route to Kathmandu from Udayapur, collided with an electric car at around 1:45 am, police said.
The car driver sustained severe injuries and was rushed to the Chitwan Medical College for treatment, where he succumbed to his wounds.
DSP Khanal informed that Timilsina was declared dead at 3:05am by the doctors in the Bharatpur-based hospital. Police have arrested the bus driver.
