Three dead in Nuwakot bus accident

Three passengers died when a bus met with an accident in Nuwakot district on Thursday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Khagendra Khadka, information officer of Nuwakot District Police Office, said the bus heading to Dangsing from Battar swerved off the road and fell some 20 feet down causing the fatalities.
Khadka said 23 passengers were injured in the mishap and are being treated at Nuwakot District Hospital in Trishuli.
Police backed by locals carried out rescue operations.
