NEPSE falls by 15 points as market continues downward trend
Total turnover drops to Rs7.57 billion, down from Rs8.91 billion the previous day.

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) continued its downward trajectory on Tuesday, with the benchmark index dropping by 15.08 points to close at 2,631.98 points—marking a 0.57 percent decline from the previous trading session.
Market turnover also fell, with Rs7.57 billion worth of shares traded, compared to Rs8.91 billion on Monday.
A total of 18,491,941 shares were exchanged in 66,265 transactions.
Out of the traded companies, 57 recorded gains in their share prices while 188 saw declines.
Among the 13 sub-indices, all but the mutual fund category posted losses.
The broad-based decline across most sectors contributed to the overall double-digit drop in the NEPSE index.
