A court on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant against controversial medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai and two others on charges of violating the Electronic Transactions Act.
The Kathmandu District Court has authorised the police to arrest Prasai, Jeevan Pandey and Prakash Chandra Dahal.
The warrant was issued after the police requested to apprehend the trio for alleged violations of the act.
Ramu Sharma, registrar at the court, said a bench of Judge Mahendra Kafle issued the order.
