Police seize 2 kg opium in Chitwan

Police seized 2.03 kg of poppy opium from ward 10 of Bharatpur Metropolitan City in Chitwan district.
According to the District Police Office in Chitwan, Keshav Bam, aged 40, of ward 5 of Pachaljharana Rural Municipality in Kalikot district was held with the contraband.
The suspect was made public amid a press meet on Monday. The security personnel also seized Rs 216,000 cash from the suspect.
