Two held with 407 kg marijuana
Police said they are further investigating and the accused have remanded to judicial custody.

Police on Tuesday arrested two people with 406.9 kg of marijuana from the Saptakoshi riverbank in Barahakshetra Municipality-9 of Sunsari district.
According to the Mahendranagar Area Police Office, Surya Rai, 25, of Dharan Sub-metropolitan City-4, and Lakshman Rai, 27, of Hatuwagadhi Municipality-8 of Bhojpur were detained with the consignment being transported in a jeep.
The law enforcement agency fired twice to detain the accused.
Police said they are further investigating and the accused have remanded to judicial custody.
On Sunday, Sunsari police caught two people in Dharan with 163 kg of marijuana while 12 Indian nationals were nabbed with 149 kg of marijuana on Monday.
