Japanese envoy Kikuta calls on President Paudel

Japanese Ambassador to Nepal Kikuta Yutaka called on President Ramchandra Paudel on Thursday.
During the meeting at Sheetal Niwas, Kikuta stressed strengthening Nepal-Japan relations.
In response, Paudel expressed appreciation for Japan’s respect for Nepal’s sovereignty, geographical integrity and independence, the President’s secretariat said.
The President also thanked Japan for its contribution towards Nepal’s societal and economic development.
