Birendranagar in Surkhet district has remained tense since Sunday morning due to protests over a road accident.
Kin of a six-year-old boy from Dailekh who died after he was hit by a motorcycle in the city on Saturday have taken to the streets demanding action against the guilty.
They have obstructed the traffic demanding police locate the motorcycle and detain the rider.
Police said they are searching for the motorcyclist involved in the accident.
