Woman dies of snakebite in Lalbandi

A 60-year-old woman from ward 10 of Lalbandi Municipality died from a snakebite on Thursday.
According to Superintendent of Police Nareshraj Subedi of the District Police Office, the woman died after she was bitten by a poisonous snake while she was asleep at her house on Wednesday night.
She was taken to the Nawalpur-based snakebite treatment centre, where she died in the course of treatment, said Subedi.
