A team from the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority office in Itahari arrested Teknarayan Yadav and Birendra Yadav–both are employees of Bishnupur Rural Municipality, with bribe money on Wednesday morning.

Teknarayan is an accountant at the rural municipality and is also the accountant of Saptari District Court, whereas Birendra is a computer operator at the rural municipality.

According to Niraj Dev, spokesman of the commission’s Itahari office, more details about the bribery case will be made public after further investigation.
