A cargo chopper of Heli Everest crashed in the western part of Mt Dhaulagiri area on Sunday.
According to a Heli Everest official, pilot Priya Adhikari survived the crash.
According to Pratap Babu Tiwari, general manager of Tribhuvan International Airport, the helicopter took off from the Italian Base Camp for Dhaulagiri Base Camp at 11:01 am and went out of contact after flying for 1.6 nautical miles.
The cargo chopper with the registration mark 9N-ANB was flown by Adhikari.
The details are yet to be known.
