Two dead in separate road accidents
A woman and a nine-year-old girl were killed in two separate road accidents in the East-West and the BP highwaybookmark

A woman died in a road accident on Thursday after being hit by a truck.
The truck, bearing an Indian registration number, hit the 55-year-old while she was riding her bicycle on the East-West Highway, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Santosh Pathak.
Damai, who had suffered serious injuries, died while undergoing treatment at the district hospital, police said.
Meanwhile, a nine-year-old girl died in the Sindhuli section of the BP Highway after being struck by a microbus.
The victim was crossing the road when the accident occurred.
Police are on the lookout for the driver, who fled the scene of the incident.
