One dead, three ill after consuming herbs

One person died and three others got ill after consuming herbs mixed with vegetables in Rokayabada, Chandannath Municipality-8, on Sunday.
According to DSP Narendra Chand of the district police, the deceased was a 35-year-old man. The three other men are receiving treatment in the ICU ward of the Karnali Academy of Health Sciences.
“All four of them immediately lost consciousness after consuming the vegetables,” Chand said. “One of them didn’t come to sense while the other three got seriously ill.”
