Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio on Tuesday sent an official letter to Dahal congratulating his inauguration as Prime Minister of Nepal.
In the letter, Kishida said that the government of Japan is looking forward to further working with Nepal to promote bilateral relations and friendship between the two countries and cooperate in the social and economic development of Nepal under Dahal’s leadership.
Likewise, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also congratulated Dahal on his election as the Prime Minister.
“I am delighted to extend my warmest congratulations to you on your election as the Prime Minister of Nepal, which reflects the trust and confidence reposed in your able and visionary leadership by the people of Nepal,” Hasina said.
The Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the National News Agency of Bangladesh, quoting Hasina’s Assistant Press Secretary ABM Sarwer-E-Alom Sarker, reported that the Bangladeshi prime minister said she is looking forward to working closely with Dahal to strengthen the two country’s multifaceted relationship for the mutual benefit of the people.
“I am confident that during your term in office, the excellent bilateral relations we enjoy will further widen and deepen in all the areas of common interest and potential sectors of collaboration, particularly connectivity, trade, tourism, power, and people-to-people contacts,” said Hasina.
In her message, Hasina also invited Dahal to visit Bangladesh at his earliest convenience.
