A man and his wife were found dead inside a house in Devdaha Municipality of Rupandehi district on Monday morning.

Police said a 36-year-old man and his 32-year-old wife were found dead inside their locked house at Devdaha-5.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Thag Bahadur KC said that the wife’s body was found wrapped in a bedsheet, while the husband was spotted hanging from a fan.

The police came to know about the incident after the neighbours reported it.

The husband had recently returned from foreign employment.
