Sagar and Company became the latest winner of ‘Kantipur Ko Karodpati’ weekly lucky draw, taking Rs 100,000 in prize money.
Sagar Man Singh, proprietor of the Bafal-based company, received a cheque for the amount from Dinesh DC, station manager of Radio Kantipur, at the central office of Kantipur Publications in Thapathali, Kathmandu, on Thursday.
The third edition of ‘Kantipur Ko Karodpati’ was launched on March 29. Under the campaign, subscribers of The Kathmandu Post and Kantipur could win weekly and monthly cash giveaways of Rs 100,000 and Rs 1 million. At the end of the five-month campaign, one lucky subscriber can win Rs 10 million.
