HETAUDA: The Indian embassy has handed over a reconstructed building of Mahalaxmi Secondary School at Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-5 in Makwanpur district to the school management committee. BC Pradhan, the consul general of India in Birgunj, handed over the keys of the 16-room building to the committee Chairman Jaya Bahadur Lamsal amidst a function on Saturday. The earthquake-ravaged building was reconstructed with the support of Rs 16 million from the Indian government and Rs 2 million from the Nepal government. (PR)
