RAJBIRAJ: Police seized 2,500 kg of black pepper from Chhinnamasta Rural Municipality-3 in Saptari district on Saturday. Superintendent of Police Rajendra Bista said the pepper was confiscated during a security check of an India-bound pick up van (Ko 1 Cha 9039)
near the Nepal-India border. The security personnel have detained driver Sundar
Sutihar and impounded the vehicle for investigation. (PR)
