Saying that the government has shown an authoritarian tendency while endorsing the bill, KC said: “We will not accept the bill that was forcefully endorsed.”
The bill has already been endorsed from the federal House of Representatives and National Assembly by a majority.
KC broke his fast by drinking juice offered by former Chief Justice Karki and former Speaker Damannath Dhungana at the hospital.
