Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Thapa and Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa offered prayers at Galeshwordham in Myagdi district on Tuesday.
Dahal and Thapa also inspected the embankment built to protect settlements at Beni from Kaligandaki River. They reached the temple after inspecting under-construction hydropower project.
Dahal and his spouse Sita Dahal had visited the district to take a hot spring bath in the Tatopani Kunda. It is believed taking a bath in the Kunda heals skin, nervous and orthopaedic diseases.
Home Minister Thapa is also visiting with his wife Nainkala Thapa.
