Two men have been arrested with pangolin scales at Bhimeshwor Municipality-3 on Monday.
Dolakha district police arrested Arjun Devkota, 23, and Saurabh Gole, 19, of Kamalamai municipality-3 in Sindhuli, with pangolin scales weighing 2.9 kilos from Charikot forest. Pangolin is classified as endangered wildlife species.
They have been handed over to the Forest Division Office, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Basudev Pathak said.
