The Parliamentary Development and Technology Committee has directed the government to furnish clarification within 15 days regarding the appointment of Digambar Jha as the Chairman of Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA).
The Parliamentary Development and Technology Committee has directed the government to furnish clarification within 15 days regarding the appointment of Digambar Jha as the Chairman of Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA).
During the committee meeting held on Thursday, committee members raised questions over the appointment of Jha to the NTA top post following which the committee decided to seek clarification from Ministry of Communication and Information Technology within 15 days.
A cabinet meeting on August 21 had appointed Jha as the Chairman of NTA.
