Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli reached San José, the capital city of Costa Rica, on Saturday evening at the invitation of Costa Rican President Carlos Alvarado Quesada.
The prime minister was welcomed by Costa Rican First Vice President and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Worship Epsy Cambbell Barr, Rector of University of Peace Francisco Rojas Aravena, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship Gina Guillen Grillo, Honorary Consul General Ana Victoria Badilla V and Nepali Ambassador to Costa Rica Arjun Kumar Karki, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During his stay in Costa Rica, Prime Minister Oli will hold a bilateral meeting with President Quesada and address a special programme organised by UPEACE.
