A girl died after a jeep fell off the road at South Rolpa on Monday.

According to the police, the jeep (Lu 1 Cha 9394) en route to Holeri from Libangi Aanp of Jelbang fell some 30 metres down the road near Bisundhara village in Jedbang of Runtigadi Rural Municipality at around 11:30 am this morning.

District Police Office Inspector Surendra Dhamala informed that girl died on the spot following the accident.

Likewise, Inspector Dhamala said that the police are yet to ascertain the number of people travelling in the jeep and the condition of the injured.
