Founder President of Nepali Congress (NC) Baitadi district and former Member of Parliament, Krishna Kumar Joshi passed away on Wednesday. He was 73.
A resident of Melauli municipality, Salena, Joshi breathed his last in Kathmandu, informed NC Baitadi Vice-President Chatur Bahadur Chand.
Joshi was the founder President of NC Baitadi in 2034 BS. He was the central committee member of the NC in 2044 and was elected the member of House of Representatives from Baitadi Constituency-1 in 2048 BS.
He is survived by two sons and three daughters.
The dead body of Joshi has been kept at NC central office, Sanepa, Lalitpur, for final tribute. His final rites will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today. RSS
