The lawmakers of the main opposition, following the commencement of today’s House meet, demanded that the agreement be made available to them.
Education Minister Giriraj Mani Pokharel, who was at the rostrum to respond to the opposition’s demands, informed that a 9-point agreement was forged between the government and Dr KC but did not present the agreement saying that it had to be endorsed by the Cabinet meet first.
The Education Minister submitted a copy of the agreement only to House Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara.
However, NC lawmakers stood from their seats and demanded that the agreement be made available to them despite Speaker Mahara assuring them that the agreement will be provided.
