An aftershock of the April 25, 2015 Gorkha Earthquake was felt again on Thursday in Dhading district.
The National Seismological Centre said that a 4.1 magnitude aftershock was recorded at 7.21 am today and its epicentre was around Jharlang of Dhading.
Before this, an aftershock measuring 5 on the Richter scale and its epicentre around Sunaulo Bazaar of Dhading was recorded on June 28.
According to Lok Bijaya Adhikari, chief of the National Seismological Centre, 500 aftershocks of the Gorkha Earthquake measuring 4 or above on the Richter scale have been recorded so far since April 25, 2015.
