Nepal Police have arrested a man along with 6-kg smuggled gold from Nagdhunga, Kathmandu on Sunday.
According to the police, the 6-kg smuggled gold was recovered from a motorcycle that had arrived here from Kerung, Nepal-China border, during a routine security check.
The police are yet to identify the motorcyclist and details on the case will come after further investigations.
Earlier, on Saturday, police had recovered 3-kg gold from Nagdhunga being smuggled by a Nepali and an Indian national. They were heading towards Indian via Mahendranagar from Kathmandu on a car with Indian registration number.
