A provincial assembly meeting of Province 4 has endorsed the budget for upcoming fiscal year presented on June 15.
Budget of the province was endorsed following the endorsement of State Appropriation Bill on Thursday.
Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Kiran Gurung had announced the budget of Rs 24 billion on June 15, the smallest of the seven provinces.
Minister Gurung has prioritised roads connecting each ward allocating Rs2.06 billion for the purpose. The budget prioritises tourism, energy, agriculture, industry and ‘social infrastructure’.
