Two persons have gone missing after a truck they were travelling in plunged into the Trishuli River on Friday.
The incident occurred when the truck (Na 5 Kha 3415) heading towards Kathmandu from Bhairahawa veered off the road and fell some 90 feet into the river at Jogimara of Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality- 10 in Dhading district last night, the Area Police Office, Gajuri said.
Those missing in the river have been identified as truck driver Top Bahadur Shrestha, 27, of Bahrabise, Sindhupalchok and his helper Tulasi Dulal, 19.
Another person who was injured in the incident is being treated at the Highway Community Hospital, Malekhu.
Police said that they are searching for the missing persons. RSS
