Police on Friday carried out a raid at the house of Mohan Agrawal, the main investor of 33 kg gold, at Anamnagar in the Capital.
According to police, Rs 22 lakh in cash, gold biscuits, a special jacket made to smuggle precious yellow metal, vehicle keys and a vehicle were recovered from Agrawal’s house.
Likewise, computers, mobile phones, cheque books of various banks, Indian SIM cards and expensive alcohols were also recovered from his house.
Agrawal has been absconding after police started investigation into the case.
