Province-4 Chief Minister Prihvi Subba Gurung has stressed the need to ensure judicious distribution of resources and means at all levels of the state.

At a welcome programme organized by Baglung municipality today, Chief Minister Gurung asserted that all should have equal right to the state resources.

"The resources and means should be judiciously distributed", he said, adding the prevalence of inequality and discrimination would directly affect development and overall process.

He vented his ire at the central government for allocating fewer budget to the Province-4. "The budget does not reflect the spirit of federal governance system. It seems the central government tends to concentrate resources on its own". RSS
