Two new ministers from Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal (SSFN) will be inducted in the KP Sharma Oli-led Cabinet on Friday.
According to a source, SSFN Chairman Upendra Yadav is all set to be appointed as Health Minister and lawmaker Mohammad Istiyaq Rai will be the new Urban Development Minister. Earlier on two occasions, Yadav had held the post of Foreign Minister while Rai is a former Labour Minister.
The swearing in ceremony of the newly appointed ministers is scheduled to take place in Sheetal Niwas at 3pm today.
SSFN Chairman Yadav was elected from Saptari-2 while Rai is an elected lawmaker from Banke-2.
The SSFN decided to join the government following a two-point agreement.
