Employees at Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality of Rukum East have complained of deprivation of remunerations for the past nine months.
Officiating Chief Administrative Officer denied endorsing salary under various pretext, they complained.
"Before our appointment, an agreement was reached to provide us Rs 759 a day each, but we have not received salary yet," said Ujjwal Sen, personal secretary of Chairperson of the Rural Municipality.
Accountant Shiva Ram Khadka said there are difficulties in releasing salary for the employees as there are complaints that their appointments failed to follow a due process. RSS
