Authorities have arrested another person in suspicion of involvement in bombing the exterior wall of the Indian Embassy's Liaison Office in Biratnagar – 13.
Sagar Rai aka Suresh Kumar Rai, 63, of Buddhiganga rural municipality of Morang was arrested over the incident, said District Police Office, Morang. He was arrested in front of a leather industry at Biratnagar – 15.
He was presented before the District Court Morang on Thursday. Police had arrested two suspects earlier for the bombing which took place on April 17. RSS
