The government has urged President Bidya Devi Bhandari to announce the government’s policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2018/19 on May 21.
State Minister for Communication and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Banskota informed that a Cabinet meeting held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Monday night urged the President to announce the government’s policies and programmes in the joint parliament meeting at 4pm.
The Cabinet meeting also concluded that the two-day state visit made by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was a success. The meeting said that the visit had further strengthened the relations between Nepal and India.
