An improvised explosive device (IED) planted by an unidentified group near the Karra river in Hetauda along the East-West Highway was defused by the Nepal Army on Sunday.
The IED was successfully defused by the disposal squad of the NA, according to District Police Office.
Meanwhile, public transportation in the short and long route was affected as a result of the Nepal banda called by the Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal. RSS
