Dhading Yatayat Sangh Chairman Binod Shrestha has been arrested for supporting syndicate against the government’s policy on Friday. He was arrested from a shop in the bazaar area of Dhading district.

Among the three transport committees in the district, Gramin Yatayat and Samyukta Yatayat entrepreneurs operating their services by registering in a cooperative boycotted the strike and operated their services to Kathmandu throughout the day today while Dhading Yatayat has halted its service.

The regular service to Pokhara and Narayangarh from the district has been affected.
