At least 40 people including students and teachers were injured when a school bus met with an accident at Churiyamai in Bara district on Wednesday.
Acting Chief of the District Police Office, Makwanpur Dilipraj Jha informed that 40 people including students and teachers were injured after a truck (Na 5 Kha 3582) collided with the school bus (Me 1 Kha 2429) en route from Jhapa to Pokhara at 2 am this morning.
Of the injured, one is receiving medical treatment in Kathmandu, six in Bharatpur and the other 33 are receiving medical attention at Hetauda Hospital, said police.
