A teenager has been sentenced to five years in prison on charges of raping a girl.
The District Court on Friday sent a 15 –year – old from Udayapurgadhi and currently living at a rehab in Biratnagar to prison for raping a girl on September 1. The victim herself filed a complaint with the police.
A single bench led by Judge Tejendra Prasad Sharma convicted the youth of rape and handed him a five year sentence and a fine of Rs 30, according to Court's Registrar Ritkumar Magar. RSS
