Police seized three pistols, 11 rounds of bullets, some explosives and two sets of police uniforms from a Chitwan-bound microbus on Wednesday.
A man, whom police identified as Jokar Moktan of Hetauda-3, Makwanpur, was also arrested.
He was made public at the District Police Office on Thursday. Superintendent of Police Bikash Raj Khanal said three of Moktan’s companions fled before police could capture them. Police are after the absconding trio.
