Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said terrorist activities are the major security challenge for now.
Addressing a function organised at the Nepali Military Academy in Kharipati of Bhaktapur on Thursday, the terrorist activities will have direct impact on peace, security, economy and unity.
PM Oli, who is also the Chairman of CPN-UML, said cyber crime is also one of the major challenges of the 21st century.
“Strong coordination along with trustworthy plans should be established among the security agencies to combat the cyber crime,” he said.
The main objective of the incumbent government is to bring stability in the country.
On the occasion, PM Oli praised Nepal Army for joining hands with the Nepali people to carry out development works.
